The Royal Hudson Steams Again
After an absence of 9 years and much to the delight of train enthusiasts
the Royal Hudson returns to the rails in the Greater Vancouver area.
Both CPR MLW 4-6-4 locomotive 2860 the 'Royal Hudson' and CPR FP7A locomotive 4069
have been restored by the West Coast Railway Association at their Heritage Park at Squamish B.C.

The special train using the 2 locomotives and Rocky Mountaineer passenger
equipment made a return trip from
Vancouver to White Rock B.C. on Sunday April 15, 2007 to celebrate the city's 50th Anniversary.
