To print out, set your margins at 1/2 inch. This is laid out so that you should be able to get everything above the navigation bar on one side of an 11 inch sheet. Tell the print driver to print just the first page if you don't want the bar, which will otherwise print out on another sheet. If you do want the bar, you can get it onto the same side of the sheet by using 14 inch paper.
